Ladybridge Pumas v Bromley Cross Diamonds

A fine,dry morning saw a terrific game on the Puma's home pitch against Bromley Cross Diamonds. Lots of early action saw the ball traded between the two teams resulting in an attempt at goal from Joseph Falvahan which was well saved by the opposing keeper.

Attempts at goal from both teams were well saved by the keepers but a superb pass to Joseph resulted in a goal for the Pumas leaving them 1-0 up at half time.

In the first minutes of the second half Joseph succeded in clipping the ball around the keeper taking the score to 2-0.The Diamonds fought back valiantly and attacked the Puma goal with a long ball which was well saved by keeper and man of the match Conor Warke.

But the Pumas continued their goal scoring run with a third goal from Joseph to complete his hat trick. A superb run up the pitch and an excellent cross to Regan Costelloe who scored the fourth goal of the match left the Puma's 4-0 at the final whistle.

A really great performance from both teams led to a very entertaining match.
